Last updated: October 19, 2025
The Acoustia SMS service (the “Service”) is provided by Acoustia (“Acoustia,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms (“SMS Terms”). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any part thereof at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these SMS Terms. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
Consent for SMS messages
By consenting to Acoustia 's SMS service, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from and on behalf of Acoustia at the mobile number you provide, even if your phone number is registered on a do-not-call registry.
The text messages may be sent using automated dialing systems or other technology. The messages may include:
- Memories of an abandoned shopping cart
- Offers, specials and other marketing messages
You are not required to sign up for this SMS service to make purchases. Your participation is entirely voluntary.
Costs and message frequency
We do not charge for this Service, but you are responsible for any fees and charges your mobile provider may apply for receiving text messages. Consult your mobile plan for details.
- Post frequency: varies
- Grocery and data charges may apply
- All charges from your mobile provider are your own responsibility
Log out
You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time. To do so, text STOP to Acoustia or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message. You will then receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will then no longer receive SMS messages unless you resubscribe.
If you have subscribed to multiple Acoustia SMS programs, you must unsubscribe from each program separately, unless otherwise required by law.
