SMS marketing (abandoned cart)

Acoustia may use your phone number to send you a one-time SMS reminder message when you have placed items in your shopping cart but have not yet completed the purchase.

To enable this, our website uses cookies and/or plugins that keep track of what you place in your shopping cart. When you abandon your shopping cart, this system can trigger a notification to send an SMS reminder.

Your phone number and associated data are used solely to send these abandoned cart messages. Acoustia does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information and consent with third parties. The data you provide to us for SMS marketing is processed and stored solely within Klaviyo, our email and SMS messaging partner.

We do not use location-based tracking or location-based services in connection with SMS marketing.

Sharing with third parties and suppliers outside the EU

To provide our services, Acoustia may share certain personal data with third parties. This only concerns data necessary to correctly process and deliver your order.

  • Shipping partners and suppliers : We share your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number with our suppliers and shipping partners so your order can be processed and delivered to you. This may also include suppliers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including our supplier in China.
